BUSINESS
WRITING WORKSHOP
“Let your language impress upon your client that you mean
– and represent – sober, effective, business.”
The corporate world has a writing style of its own, emphasized
HR trainor Pat Pascua in the JobsDB Business Communications Workshop
held last March 26, 2004 at the roofdeck of the Prestige Tower.
A memo, a correspondence, or a sales and marketing presentation
is not just words on a piece of paper or PC – written in
the correct business manner, they can persuade a client to sign
a deal, extend a contract, prolong a partnership, and implement
standards of clarity, precision, and excellence in one’s
own department. Approximately 36 HR managers and supervisors listened
in rapt attention to Pat’s lecture.
