JobsDB Cebu partners with University of San Carlos to hold "CAROLINIANS GOT TALENT ’10"

GRAND WINNERS from left Charm Ariola of USC SCC Councilor, Stephen Baltazar as one of the Judges, Kareil Fernandez of JobsDB.com Marketing Cebu, Grand Winners Joseph, Lemart, and Joseph and the Hosts of the event.
The University of San Carlos Cebu (USC) and its Supreme Student Council in partnership with JobsDB.com showcased the talents of students during the “CAROLINIANS GOT TALENT ‘10” last July 9, 2010 at the Wrocklage Yard USC-Main Campus.
The USC version of the talent search program has gained enthusiastic participation of students from the different colleges and departments of the university. The Carolinian's Got Talent Program showed 15 acts of singing, fire dancing, acrobatics, gymnastics, hip hop dancing, and group performances, entertaining their fellow classmates and schoolmates who also cheered for their college representatives.
The five judges - Stephen Alexeus Baltazar, Mariel Nebria, Marc Louie Yap, Miguel Garcia, and Kareil Fernandez - who are also former students and alumni in the university, had a hard time choosing the winners. These winners turned out to be Philip Mancol, Lemart Eulalio, and Joseph Adrian Cabanday. Philip is in his third year in Management Accounting, and Joseph and Lemart are freshman students in Culinary Arts.
JobsDB had a quick Q and A with these winners to find out their post-talent show plans:
Judge: How do you feel to be the grand winner of tonight’s Carolinians Got Talent?
Philip: Very happy.
Lemart: This is totally unexpected and I'm really happy with it.
Joseph: So shocked because this is unexpected but I'm also happy with it.
Judge: What are your dream jobs?
Philip: I want to be a CPA Lawyer.
Lemart: A chef in a cruise ship.
Joseph: A successful businessman someday.
J: How do you think your talent AND skills can help you in the future or help you in achieving your dream jobs?
Philip: By trying to be more confident and have faith to one's self.
Lemart: Maybe I could entertain the customers as I sing while cooking! Haha! I wanna be an entertainer too because I really love to sing. Partly chef, partly singer. :)
Joseph: It can help me by boosting my confidence in facing the business industry in the future.
Judge: Any advice for your fans?
Philip: Follow whatever you want to do if you really think that you can do it.
Lemart: Use your failures as motivation in order to succeed.
Joseph: Practice and practice because it all starts in practicing and also follow your heart's true desire.
