JOBSDB’S SUCCESSFUL HIRES

We have been using the On-line Recruitment Management System (RMS) of JobsDB for a month now. The job postings we have placed in JobsDB's database are for Research Manager, Research Executive, Payroll In-Charge, Product Development Specialist and an Executive Assistant. We were getting 10-15 resumes in our inbox in a day.

With the short span of time that we have been using JobsDB's On-Line Recruitment System, we were able to hire two Research Executives and found several candidates whose qualifications are credible and seem competent enough to adapt to our company's working culture. While we cannot ascertain yet the capabilities of the new hires but, based on their exam results and interviews, they show good communication skills and signs of diligence.

After working in the hotel industry for some time as an account executive, I was looking for a challenge. The call center industry drew me because it is one of the fastest-rising in the country.
