The X Factor. Do You Have It?

Are you extremely talented, extremely driven, extremely focused, extremely committed, extremely influential and extremely fun? Then you may have what it takes to deliver X-treme results and we want you on our team.

That’s the message that the ePerformax employees have developed to send out to the community in hopes of finding other individuals that share their passion for being the best. ePerformax, a contact and BPO center supporting primarily U.S. clients, is well know for its tough interview process and its boot-camp-like training.

The company takes pride in the fact that its employees can deliver superior results. “Our company goes head to head in competition with other outsourcers and we’ve always come through as the leading center,” said Ms. Teresa Hartsaw, President of ePerformax. That’s good for ePerformax, good for the clients and its good for the employees because ePerformax believes in paying for good performance. “Most of employees can earn double their base salary in bonus, plus we give generous Meal and Transportation Allowance, free cell phones and post paid service, medical benefits and more,” explains Ms. Hartsaw.

Xtreme is the buzz word at ePerformax. “We have Xtreme passion for excellence, quality, performance and fun!” explains Mr. Ron Arambulo, General Manager.   “The idea for the X Factor was born from a team of employees at ePerformax,” continues Mr. Arambulo. Why the X Factor? “Our reps told us that the ePerformax recruiting process is the toughest they ever experienced, but if you’ve got what it takes to make it through, you feel great that you’ve just joined an extremely talented group,” explains Mr. Arambulo.

In addition to having attractive compensation programs for agents, the company has comprehensive management training and has just introduced a formalized management training program, called the X Track, which anyone applying for an agent position can also apply for. Applicants interested in the X Track must have a college degree and pass the tests at the highest levels and participate in a panel interview where the applicant is interviewed to determine if there is Xtreme talent, Xtreme aptitude and Xtreme commitment to making a contribution to this extremely fast growing group of extremely passionate people.

So if you have what it takes, or you want to see if you do, simply walk in to our recruiting department (3rd Floor BPI Buendia Center, Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City) and tell them you are here to test your X Factor so you can become one of the top paid agents in the Philippines and join the X Track Management Training Program. Good luck.
